First online meeting of partners
On October 17, 2024, just after our project officially started, all partners met in person for the first time.
First, the partners presented themselves and their institutions in more detail and got to know the team.

The project coordinator presented the project handbook with all the basic information about the project, objectives, timeline, acitvities, project results and budget. Partners agreed on the signing of internal Agreements between the project coordinator and other partners as well as on the budget allocation.
Partners also agreed on the dates for the Kick-off meeting in Croatia – December 14 and 15 and discussed dissemination and monitoring and evaluation plans, shared drive, logo creation and other important issues at this stage of the project.
